- 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 1 cup Oreo cookies, crushed
- 1 cup M&Ms, plus extra for topping
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until the mixture is smooth and fluffy. This should take about 2-3 minutes.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until everything is well combined and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt to combine the dry ingredients.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, stirring just until combined. Be careful not to overmix to ensure a tender cookie.
- Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies, M&Ms, and chocolate chips until they are evenly distributed throughout the dough.
- Using a cookie scoop or a tablespoon, drop generous amounts of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches of space between each cookie.
- Top each cookie with a few extra M&Ms and a sprinkle of pink or red sprinkles if you’re feeling festive!
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and the center looks set.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. This helps them firm up while maintaining that soft center!
