A delicious and easy treat that combines the flavors of cookie dough and M&Ms in a creamy fudge.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour (heat-treated)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup mini M&Ms, divided
Instructions
- Heat-treat flour by microwaving or baking until safe to eat. Let cool.
- Beat butter, brown sugar, and vanilla until creamy. Mix in cooled flour.
- Melt white chocolate chips with condensed milk until smooth.
- Stir chocolate mixture into cookie dough base until combined.
- Fold in half the M&Ms, spread mixture into a lined 8×8 pan.
- Top with remaining M&Ms, press lightly, and chill 2–3 hours.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- Be sure to heat-treat the flour to make it safe for raw consumption.
- You can use milk chocolate chips as a substitute for white chocolate chips if desired.
- Store fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
