Description

A delicious and easy treat that combines the flavors of cookie dough and M&Ms in a creamy fudge.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (heat-treated)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup mini M&Ms, divided

Instructions

  1. Heat-treat flour by microwaving or baking until safe to eat. Let cool.
  2. Beat butter, brown sugar, and vanilla until creamy. Mix in cooled flour.
  3. Melt white chocolate chips with condensed milk until smooth.
  4. Stir chocolate mixture into cookie dough base until combined.
  5. Fold in half the M&Ms, spread mixture into a lined 8×8 pan.
  6. Top with remaining M&Ms, press lightly, and chill 2–3 hours.
  7. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

  • Be sure to heat-treat the flour to make it safe for raw consumption.
  • You can use milk chocolate chips as a substitute for white chocolate chips if desired.
  • Store fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
