Instructions
- Assemble all ingredients, ensuring the avocado is ripe and ready for slicing.
- Toast the bread slices to desired crispness in a toaster or skillet, if preferred.
- Spread 1 tablespoon honey mustard sauce evenly over one slice of bread.
- Arrange sliced turkey breast on top of the honey mustard-coated bread.
- Distribute avocado slices over the turkey. Lightly season with salt and black pepper.
- Layer spinach leaves atop the avocado. Include sliced tomatoes or cucumbers if using.
- Spread remaining honey mustard on the second slice of bread and position it, sauce side down, above the spinach.
