- 23 Golden Oreo cookies
- 1 package (3 oz) strawberry-flavored gelatin dessert mix
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Set oven to 350°F (177°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Add Golden Oreo cookies to a food processor and pulse until coarsely crumbled.
- Place cookies into a zip-top bag, seal, and crush with a rolling pin until coarse crumbs are formed.
- Transfer cookie crumbs to a medium mixing bowl. Add strawberry-flavored gelatin powder and mix thoroughly.
- Pour in melted butter and stir until all crumbs are evenly coated.
- Distribute the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in a uniform layer. Bake for 8 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely. If a solid sheet forms, crumble into coarse pieces using hands or a rolling pin.
Notes
- Ensure crumbs are not too fine for the best texture.
- Allow cooling completely before crumbling for even pieces.
