Description

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease the surface.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl until evenly combined.
  3. Form the Dough: Add Greek yogurt and mix with a spatula or hands until a shaggy dough forms. Adjust consistency with additional flour or yogurt as needed.
  4. Shape the Bagels: Transfer dough to a lightly floured surface. Knead gently, divide into 4 equal pieces, roll each into a 6-inch rope, and shape into rings by pinching ends together to seal.
  5. Add Toppings: Arrange bagels on the prepared tray. Brush tops with beaten egg and sprinkle with your choice of toppings.
  6. Bake to Golden Brown: Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown and puffed. Cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
