Description

Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are delicious bite-sized treats filled with ground beef and cheese, wrapped in buttery dough and baked to golden perfection.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit or pizza dough
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp minced garlic or garlic powder
  • Optional garnish: chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until fully browned. Drain excess fat and let the beef cool slightly.
  3. Separate the biscuit or pizza dough and flatten each piece into a small circle.
  4. Spoon a portion of cooked beef into the center of each dough round. Top with shredded cheese.
  5. Pull the dough edges up and pinch tightly to seal, forming a ball. Place each one seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  6. Mix melted butter with Parmesan cheese and minced garlic. Brush generously over each dough ball.
  7. Bake for 14–18 minutes, or until the Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired and serve warm.

Notes

  • Ensure the beef is not too hot when filling to avoid melting the dough.
  • Experiment with different cheeses for variation.
  • These can be served as an appetizer or a main dish.
