Description
Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are delicious bite-sized treats filled with ground beef and cheese, wrapped in buttery dough and baked to golden perfection.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit or pizza dough
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp minced garlic or garlic powder
- Optional garnish: chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until fully browned. Drain excess fat and let the beef cool slightly.
- Separate the biscuit or pizza dough and flatten each piece into a small circle.
- Spoon a portion of cooked beef into the center of each dough round. Top with shredded cheese.
- Pull the dough edges up and pinch tightly to seal, forming a ball. Place each one seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Mix melted butter with Parmesan cheese and minced garlic. Brush generously over each dough ball.
- Bake for 14–18 minutes, or until the Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are golden brown and cooked through.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired and serve warm.
Notes
- Ensure the beef is not too hot when filling to avoid melting the dough.
- Experiment with different cheeses for variation.
- These can be served as an appetizer or a main dish.
