Description

Fruity Pebbles Breakfast Bread is a delightful and colorful way to start your day, combining the sweetness of cereal with a moist bread base.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil or unsweetened applesauce
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups Fruity Pebbles or other Post cereals

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix sugar, oil, yogurt, eggs and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Add salt, baking powder and flour.
  4. Again, mix until smooth.
  5. Gently fold in the cereal.
  6. Spray a loaf pan well with non-stick cooking spray.
  7. Pour batter into pan and sprinkle about a handful of cereal on top of the batter.
  8. Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a healthier option, you can substitute vegetable oil with unsweetened applesauce.
  • Make sure to check the bread with a toothpick to ensure it’s fully cooked through.
