- 1 cup pastel mini marshmallows

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13-inch metal baking pan by greasing it and lining the bottom with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, prepare the white cake mix according to package instructions, mixing until just combined.
- Divide the batter into three bowls and tint each with gel food coloring: blue, pink, and yellow.
- Pour the blue batter into the pan, followed by the pink batter, and then the yellow batter, spreading gently to keep layers distinct.
- Bake for 28–35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Let the cake cool completely in the pan.
- Prepare the stabilized whipped frosting by whisking the pudding mix with cold milk until thick and folding in the whipped topping.
- Spread a generous layer of frosting over the cooled cake, creating swirls for a cloud-like effect.
- Decorate with pastel mini marshmallows, pastel candy eggs, and place a bunny Peep in the center.
- Refrigerate the cake for 1–2 hours before slicing to firm the frosting and maintain clean layer separation.
