Delicious deep-fried wonton bites stuffed with creamy strawberry cheesecake filling.

- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup strawberries, chopped
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 package wonton wrappers
- 3 cups vegetable oil, for frying
- extra powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, chopped strawberries, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Place a small spoonful of the mixture onto the center of each wonton wrapper.
- Fold the wonton wrappers over the filling to form triangles and seal the edges.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry the stuffed wontons in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove them and drain on paper towels.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
- Make sure the oil is hot enough before frying for the best results.
- Experiment with different fruits for the filling if desired.
- Serve immediately for optimal texture.
