Description

Ingredients

  • 240 ml (1 cup) Good Culture cottage cheese
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) Rao’s marinara sauce
  • 25 g (1/4 cup) part-skim shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Italian seasoning, to taste
  • Garlic powder, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, blend the cottage cheese, marinara sauce, mozzarella, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder until evenly mixed.
  2. Microwave the mixture on high for 1 minute, pausing to stir thoroughly halfway through to ensure even heating.
  3. Slice the air-fried chicken nuggets into small, bite-sized pieces for easy incorporation.
  4. Fold the chicken pieces into the warm cheese mixture and microwave on high for an additional 30 seconds, or until the mozzarella is melted and mixture is heated through.
  5. Remove from the microwave and enjoy immediately while hot.
