Delightful festive treats that celebrate the joy of Christmas with fun Mickey Mouse shapes.
Ingredients

- 1 cup unsalted sweet cream butter, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup red sprinkles
- 1/2 cup green sprinkles
- 1 cup red and green mini M&M’s
- 1 cup red and green regular M&M’s
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Cream butter and sugar together in a large bowl with an electric hand mixer.
- Add flour, baking powder, vanilla, and evaporated milk.
- Continue to mix until crumbly.
- Roll dough into tablespoon-sized balls and then roll around in sprinkles to completely coat.
- Continue to do this until all your dough is gone.
- Place cookies onto the cookie sheet.
- Bake for 10-13 minutes.
- Once cookies are out of the oven, remove to a cooling rack and place a regular size M&M onto the middle of the cookie and then place two mini M&M’s onto the top corners where the ears would go.
- Let cookies cool for another 5-10 minutes before enjoying!
Notes
- Make sure to soften the butter for easier mixing.
- Experiment with different colored sprinkles for varied festive looks.
