Chipotle Roast Beef Sliders are a quick and tasty treat featuring savory roast beef and melted cheese drizzled with spicy chipotle sauce, all nestled between sweet Hawaiian buns.

- 9 Hawaiian sweet slider buns
- 9 slices roast beef
- 5 slices provolone cheese
- 3 slices cheddar cheese, cut into squares
- Chipotle sauce, to taste
- French’s crispy fried onions, to taste
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- Garlic powder, for sprinkling
- Sesame seeds, for sprinkling
Instructions
- Slice the Hawaiian sweet slider buns horizontally and arrange the bottom halves in a single layer on a baking tray.
- Evenly distribute the provolone cheese over the buns. Place a layer of roast beef on top, followed by drizzling chipotle sauce to cover the meat.
- Arrange cheddar cheese squares over the chipotle sauce and finish with a generous sprinkle of crispy fried onions.
- Place the remaining bun tops onto the assembled sliders. Brush the tops with melted butter, then lightly sprinkle with garlic powder and sesame seeds.
- Transfer the tray to a preheated oven at 180°C and bake for approximately 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden.
- Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly, then separate and serve warm.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of chipotle sauce based on your heat preference.
- Can use other types of cheese if desired.
