Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups beef broth

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chopped cabbage, ground beef, diced tomatoes, rice, and beef broth.
  3. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
