A delicious and crunchy treat combining the flavors of butter and toffee with salty pretzels.

- 1 (16 oz) bag Mini Pretzels
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 1/4 cup Light Corn Syrup
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 bag Heath Toffee Bits
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Pour mini pretzels into a large bowl and set aside.
- In a medium sauce pan, add brown sugar, cubed butter, and corn syrup. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil for 5 minutes while constantly stirring.
- Remove from stove top and whisk in vanilla and baking soda.
- Pour hot toffee mixture over the pretzels and toss to coat evenly. Pour half the bag of toffee bits over the pretzels and toss again to coat evenly.
- Spread pretzels onto the prepared baking sheet and distribute pretzels around evenly.
- Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Once baked, remove from oven and sprinkle remaining half bag of toffee bits over the pretzels immediately.
- Allow pretzels to set and cool. Once set and cooled, break into small clusters.
Notes
- Ensure to stir the mixture constantly while boiling to prevent burning.
- Adjust toffee bits based on personal sweetness preference.
- Store in an airtight container to keep pretzels fresh.
