Description

Delicious breakfast sliders filled with crispy bacon, savory sausage, and scrambled eggs, topped with melted American cheese.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 slices bacon, diced
  • ½ pound breakfast sausage
  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 8 eggs
  • ¼ cup heavy cream or milk
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 68 slices American cheese
  • 3 tablespoons butter, divided
  • ½ tablespoon maple syrup
  • Everything bagel seasoning, optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a 12-inch skillet, cook diced bacon until crispy, then remove and drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
  3. Add breakfast sausage to the skillet, cook until browned and fully cooked, and transfer to the plate with bacon.
  4. In a medium bowl, whisk eggs, heavy cream, and salt until combined. Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet over medium-high heat, pour in the egg mixture, and stir gently with a spatula until scrambled and fully cooked. Remove from heat.
  5. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet. Layer with scrambled eggs, followed by sausage, bacon, and cheese slices. Place the top halves of the rolls on top.
  6. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a small bowl, mix with maple syrup, and brush evenly over the top of the rolls. Optionally, sprinkle with Everything Bagel Seasoning.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until the cheese has melted. Cover with aluminum foil if the buns begin to brown excessively.
