Description

Ingredients

  • 45 milliliters olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 30 milliliters freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • Lemon slices

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Pat cod fillets dry with paper towels and arrange them in the baking dish.
  3. Combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, black pepper, and paprika in a small bowl. Pour the mixture evenly over the cod fillets, ensuring thorough coating.
  4. Bake the fillets for 12 to 15 minutes or until fully opaque and flakes easily with a fork. Adjust cooking time based on fillet thickness.
  5. Remove from oven, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley, and serve immediately garnished with lemon slices.
